Immediately after the Kiel Week, we sailed the Kiel races of the 12mr Trophy on the ‘Flica II’ we supervised. The regatta, which is only a milestone on the way to the 2019 World Cup in Newport, was well organized and had strong wind conditions in the truest sense of the word. 11 of the classic yachts from all over the world (including New Zealand & Australia) took part in the event and not only collected points for the coming year in New York, but also important experience.

Unmittelbar nach der Kieler Woche segelten wir auf der von uns betreuten ‘Flica II’ die Kieler Wettfahrten der 12mr Trophy mit. Die Regatta, die zwar nur ein Meilenstein auf dem Weg zur Weltmeisterschaft 2019 in Newport ist, war bestens organisiert und hatte im wahrsten Sinne starke Windbedingungen. Gleich 11 der klassischen Yachten aus aller Welt (u.a. Neuseeland & Australien) nahmen an dem Event teil uns sammelten nicht nur fleißig Punkte für das kommende Jahr in New York, sondern auch wichtige Erfahrungswerte.
